It's A GrandOleFlag..ByMyDoor

From SuKnitWitty's FrontDoor To Yours - Salutations on The Fourth of July!

"You have to love a nation that celebrates its independence every July 4, NOT with a parade of guns, tanks, and soldiers who file by the White House in a show of strength and muscle, but with family picnics where kids throw Frisbees, the potato salad gets iffy, and the flies die from happiness. You may think you have overeaten, but it is patriotism." ~Erma Bombeck

My Patriotism will be showing way past The Fourth. Try these UnBelieveable Sweet All-American Desserts.

  3. Hi SKW! Thanks for following the fairy story and using your excellent reading skills to add inspiration to Pom Pom's writing toolbox! I like your idea about the laced thistle tarts! Stay tuned! And, yes I TRIED to sleep in Fairyland last night, so I'm not sure why I woke up with these 50 year old aches and pains!

  4. Sue, Sue J. and I are sitting here trying to recover from our 4th celebration; we were great patriots--ate, drank and even played (artfully) with sparklers. Website is wonderful; we are proud of you. Sue and Anne
